The E11 carbine was the carbine version of the popular E-11 blaster rifle. It was popular among Alliance soldiers, and also utilized by Imperial recruit trainees. The Mark I version was in use since the early years of the Galactic Empire, though was later rendered obsolete by the new Mark II.
