King Sting is a character that only appeared in Season 7 episode "Sassette's Hive". He is the leader of the evil Wasp Renegades who are the arch-enemies of the Bee People. In "Sassette's Hive", King Sting and his subjects had kidnapped Queen Beetrice and hoped to use her to take control of her subjects and have them build an impregnable wasp city. He is later defeated with the aid of the Smurfs and dropped into a boiling pot of honey where he pleads for his life. The Queen chooses to spare him on the grounds that he and his subjects leave Botanica forever and never bother the Bee People again.
