SMS Warszawa was an ice hockey team in Warsaw, Poland. They played in the Polska Liga Hokejowa during the 1998-99 season. Warszawa finished third in the final round and qualified for the playoffs as the number three seed. They were eliminated by Stoczniowiec Gdańsk in the quarterfinals, three games to one.
