Kiyone Kotetsu (虎徹 清音, Kotetsu Kiyone) is the lieutenant of the Fourth Division under her sister Isane Kotetsu. She is also the former co-3rd Seat officer of the Thirteenth Division in the Gotei 13 under Captain Jūshirō Ukitake. She shared her previous position with Sentarō Kotsubaki.
