Joey Munez is a character in DEXTER. He is a local kid around the area where the Twenty-Ninth Street Kings are known to hang out. He is present at the site of the crime scene where Eva Arenas is found dead, he insults the police for never doing anything and later after being caught by Officer Debra Morgan for spraypainting her cop car, he snitches on the entire gang who are put into cuffs. Only Chino escapes and hunts down Joey, only to be caught by Dexter on track to his victim. Joey looks at the elevator door and sees no one while Dexter is finally able to get to Little Chino. During this scene, Joey was almost killed by Chino but was saved by Dexter Morgan, who tranquilized and later killed the latter.
