Power Copying is a technique used in multiple tokusatsu shows. It refers to when a hero or villain can change into previous heroes and use their powers., usually in an anniversary series or film. This is typically accomplished through some sort of collectible device. The first such character was Great Leader JUDOImage:Icon-crosswiki.png of Kamen Rider SpiritsImage:Icon-crosswiki.png, who could change into any of the previous nine Showa Riders, aside from Riderman. The first live action example was AkaRedImage:Icon-crosswiki.png, who could change into any of the leading Sentai RedImage:Icon-crosswiki.pngs.
