The Plains of Coruscant was an area of Coruscant located near the Jedi Temple. The "plains" description of the area was due to its relative flatness created by millions of flat-topped skyscrapers packed closely together, with various skyscrapers sticking out above this surface. It was the location of the Galactic Courts of Justice Building and Bail Antilles' favorite restaurant. Some more notable buildings included the Diplomat Hotel and the Municipal Authorities Building.
