The Sprit of Scorpius is a non-player character located in the Grave of Scorpius to the north of the Observatory. After the Observatory Quest, they will give the player an Unholy Symbol mould, which may be used to make an Unholy Symbol of Zamorak, which they will offer to bless. His story can be read from Astrology Book that spawns in the Observatory.
