Skirt in two lengths with concentrated fullness either side of center back inverted pleat joins bodice top at waist-line. Draped belt crosses over at back. Bolero with high round or oval neck-line fastens at back. Below elbow length and short sleeves. Long and short veil attached to hat with draped detail.
