Frederick III of Austria (1347 - 1362) was the of co-Duke of Carinthia (1358 - 1362) and the Margrave of Carniola (1358 - 1362). Frederick was born in 1347 to Duke Albert II the Wise of Austria and Joan of Pfirt. He succeeded his father in Carinthia and Carniola in 1358. He died in 1362 and was succeeded by his elder brother Rudolph.
