In many cases these vendor NPCs can sell you those quest and material File:APB Skill Engineering.png Engineering items that would otherwise take you a few hours to grind. It's not a bad idea to make the rounds and stock up on a few of these supplies just in case. Prolific materials, such as Rough and Coarse Blasting Powders, are omitted in favor of the more esoteric necessities.
