Arthur "Art" Fortunes is the creator of the Beetleborgs comics, who shows up time and time again with new ways to help the kids. He often collaberates with Flabber's magic to bring new arsenal to the kids. In the second series, it was revealed that Art Fortunes had an evil older brother named Lester Fortunes (who mentioned that their mother liked Art best). During the series, he becomes a Zordon and Billy-like ally.
