The Dictabird is a prehistoric animatronic bird creature in the 1994 adaptation of The Flintstones. He is voiced by the late Harvey Korman. After Fred Flintstone is promoted as VP of Slate and Co., he moves into his new office and meets the Dictabird. The DIctabird knows everything that happens in the office and is well aware of Cliff Vandercave's sinister plan to frame Fred for embezzlement and tries to warn him to no success. When Fred is on the lam, Wilma and Betty steal the bird from Cliff and he tells the townsfolk of Cliff's plan, clearing Fred's name.
