The DVDs released by Disney (via the urging of John Lasseter of Pixar) should have the option for listening to the original Japanese language track with English subtitles. By default, they are dubbed in English, but switching to Japanese and setting English subtitles should be available in the Special Features menu item or via the "Audio" and "Subtitles" buttons on your dvd player remote.
