David Xavier was an Galactic Republic Captain in the Republic Army , later an Imperial Admiral in the Galactic Empire's Imperial Navy. He participated in the First Battle of Geonosis, the Invasion of Tatooine and the Battle of Coruscant in the Clone Wars. He was promoted to Captain at the Invasion of Tatooine for Distinguished Service. He watched many Clone Troopers gun down Jedi Masters. Later, Emperor Palpatine would promote Xavier to an Imperial Admiral and Commander of the 31st Fleet.
