Wrapped, bias skirt has contrast waistband and side seam pockets. Both have contrast bands. Very loose-fitting blouse has mock front band with snapped closing, button trim, tucks, side panels (no side seams), two-piece sleeves, bias contrast neckline and sleeve double ruffles. Purchased ribbon trim. Topstitching.
