Stone Toad is a hardy creature that makes its home in the Chozo Ruins on Tallon IV. They get their name from their tough outer shell, which is strong enough to resist any sort of attack. Stone Toads are lethargic creatures and rarely move from where they sit. They feed on anything smaller than them, usually creatures about the size of the Morph Ball. When prey gets close to one, the toad quickly inhales it into its mouth. If it is indigestible, it spits it out and thrashes with its tusks. The Stone Toads only weak point is its stomach, so the best way to kill one is to lay a bomb inside of it.
