Hugh Welchman is a British producer. He is the founder and Managing Director of Breakthrough Films. He the Cinefoundation for his first film Crowstone and produced two short films for Monty Python. Creating BreakThru Films with Alan Dewhurst in 2002, he has produced a feature-length documentary and short films, winning top festival Prizes, twice making Official Selection for Cannes and being short listed for a BAFTA.
