Burst of Wrath is a legendary two-handed axe in Diablo III. It requires character level 18 to drop, and can only be found within an Act III or Act IV Horadric Caches. The special effect, symbolizing the sin of Wrath, has approximately up to 50% chance to trigger from kills and 10% from destroying objects, regardless of the Proc Coefficient. The objects do not need to be targetable, though. It seems that the chances drop the more often character triggers the effect.
