David Baddiel and Frank Skinner appeared on a Celebrity Special on December 26, 2001 and won a massive £250,000 for their charities, becoming the first celebrity contestants to reach such a level. They would be followed by Gloria Hunniford and Frederick Forsyth and Laurence and Jackie Llewellyn Bowen, the latter of whom would win £500,000 but originally dropped back down to £32,000 due to a bad question.
