Hellmouth is a unique pair of War Gauntlets. Its added fire damage is useful for physical fighters. Although it gives a chance of casting Firestorm or Meteor on striking, Firestorm is a generally weak spell even at high levels, and the Meteor it casts is a slightly low level.
