Doctor JC is a Secret Scientist (like Doc or Drew Saturday from The Secret Saturdays). Nothing much is known of her, but she is posted in the Dark Glade Infected Zone with a KND operative nearby. It may be assumed she is researching how to remove the Fusion Matter from the Dark Tree. She says she is a friend of Peggy Danger, who is likewise a Secret Scientist.
