OUToberfest was initially conceptualized by Knol Aust, Duane Smith and Jenni Smith. Unity Mississippi is the official organizer of the event. The week-long festival features educational seminars and workshops, film screenings, internationally-known musicians and speakers, arts, and outdoor events.
