One noted Servoid was a former Tirolian scientist by the name of Sorcen when he was studying the world of Spheris. After the conquest of that world by the Regent's forces, Sorcen was taken by the occupying forces and turned into a Servoid. He remained in this state though when a young Spherisian by the name of Beryl was captured by the Invid - Sorcen managed to break his programming in order to save the child. Afterwards, the Invid took Sorcen back to their Xeno-Biology Laboratory to repair the cyborg and remove any defects in his programming.
