The 2009-13 was a USAR STARS Late Model Series event held at Track::Dillon Motor Speedway on September 19, 1999. Kyle Grissom claimed his only victory of the year, taking advantage when original winner Matt McCall was disqualified post-race for a last-lap incident. McCall, the eventual season champ, wound up 10th.
