The Hakuri’s Horsemen (ハクの騎手, Hakuri no Kishu) are a group of four warriors that are Demetrius D. Xavier’s ace in the hole and final plan to use in his plans to take over the Government. Thus creating a world that he can be the “god” of, he had formed this group whenever he had met the two horsemen Death and War.
