The finger would glow white while shape shifting when she is using it. It also grants her finger super strength. Yotsuki may have used this power in episode 26 when she was fighting powered up Shinobu Oshino. In episode 26 it is also said the Unlimited Rulebook is "a book filled mostly with exceptions".
