Provider 3 was the third known Provider and differed in appearance from its companions only in its yellow internal radiance. It owned Kloog and an Andorian thrall. (TOS: "The Gamesters of Triskelion" ) Provider 3 was voiced by Robert C. Johnson. The script list the third provider as "Shrill voice #3".
