Wali Thomas was born Walter Thomas on the 9th September 2250 in Tref Sianti, Elbian, Dranland. His early life is notable by his total lack of involvment in politics. While the rich Welsh of Mynydd Mawr created and disbanded Plaid Gyfreithiol Cymru, Thomas was struggling to reach his teenage years in the depravity of Tref Sianti. In 2313 Thomas won the Hero of Terra award for his work to solve the so-called Welsh Question and for disbanding Gishoto's nuclear arsenal. In 2330 Thomas resigned as party leader and was replaced by George Huws. He now lives a retired life in the mountains of Hulstria.
