Shereid Ibn Shihan was a local captain of Aqahba, a remote port city in the Burning Sands. In 439 he met a group of foreigners, scouts of the Ki-Rin Clan. Shereid told of the kingdom of Merenae and a group of Moto sailed overseas to find them onboard Shereid's vessel.
