Ngjk was a zokujin who in 1167 was summoned by the Dragon shugenja Kitsuki Yasunobu to aid Yasunobu, Mirumoto Binya and the gunso Mirumoto Kawanari in an investigation into the Crane. The Crane were suspected of hoarding a sinister artifact in their northern regions, and the Dragon said they were allies of the prophet Kjgkt, resulting in Ngjk willingly aiding them in their quest.
