CC-9217, nicknamed "Scrapper" for his high kill count, and later designated DS-92-17, was a clone trooper pilot holding the rank of commander in the Republic Navy, and later in the Imperial Navy of the Galactic Empire. Considered by his Jedi superiors to be among the top clone pilots in the Galactic Republic, Scrapper served with distinction throughout the Clone Wars, fighting in numerous battles. By the time the conflict against the Confederacy of Independent Systems was over, his kill count was in the hundreds (though this is partly because droid starfighters were not as intelligent as living pilots).
