Unlike what happens in the Land of Iron, the samurai of the Land of Mines does not have much political representation, which is in charge of the monks who reside in the Iron Temple. However, there was a rebel group of samurai who called Futabakai, who fought for a revolution in the country, followed by a civil war that would give the same powers as to the samurai as in the Land of Iron.
