The Swami is a Legendary Wizard Hat for the Wizard in Diablo III. It requires character level 27 to drop. This is the only Legendary Wizard Hat to have a guaranteed bonus to Arcane Power on critical hits. The unique affix is generally useful in prolonged battles and boss fights, as under normal conditions, most or all enemies are dead by the time Archon expires. It might also be of some use in Greater Rifts, as it allows performing better while the skill is on cooldown, and gather stacks of Wave of Destruction easier.
