The Pride of Cassius is a legendary mighty belt for the Barbarian in Diablo III. It requires character level 29 to drop. The unique affix significantly prolongs the duration of Ignore Pain, essentially doubling it. As of patch 2.3.0, it applies to the Mob Rule rune as well.
