Shockwave is Megatron's 1st Lieutenant and a Decepticon Scientist. Shockwave is one of Megatron's earliest followers and closes allies. Shockwave also spends his times on making his own creations and mutations. Shockwave is a creepy Decepticon and a very mysterious one. His belief is that logic runs everything and that logic will decide every outcome.
