Evelyn Crawford also known as Starling is a young vigilante in Star City. Born Evelyn Crawford Sharp also known Evelyn Sharp was a prisoner of H.I.V.E. along with her Parents who ended up getting killed. As of result of loosing her parents and anger of Team Arrow doing nothing to help her or save her family when she was held prisoner she stole Black Canary's Gear after she died and became the 3rd Black Canary to get revenge against H.I.V.E. and Team Arrow. She soon joins Team Arrow under the new vigilante name of Artemis and Partner of Green Arrow.
