The Helghan Army was the land component of the military of the Helghan Empire, with the Helghan Navy being the second branch. The Army was composed of billions of soldiers of various specialties, a large fleet of tanks and land ships. It was headquartered at the Helghan Army General Headquarters on the capitol planet of Helgha. The Army was organized into five army groups, of five armies each. Additional units existed outside of that structure, and units part of the army groups could be detached and deployed else where. The Army was commanded by the Supreme General, who had more authority than his naval counterpart, the Supreme Admiral. It was larger than the Navy, but nonetheless received less funding as starships were higher priced than the equipment the Army utilized.
