Carlo Maroni is an italian mobster and the son of Salvatore Maroni. He is a ruthless individual sent to death row for 80 murders. However he was broken out by Salvatore Maroni and was tasked with killing Attorney General Armand Batista who had enough evidence to put away Carmine for life. He puts Arsenic in the Attorney General's food killing him. He than participates in the gang rape of Selina Kyle. He is arrested by the GCPD for the rape and is sent to prison. He is broken out but doesn't get far as Selina Kyle snaps his neck killing him.
