Mar ob Qaat (born 17 July 263 in Lp) was appointed prime minister of Tak by the Druids in 311. Before that, she was minister of domestic affairs in Fəs ob Brf's second government as well as minister of regional planning in Sat ob Til's short government. A civil engineer by profession, Mar ob Qaat's best known achievement is the tri-bridge in Hoop, which connects the three banks of the rivers Grb and Hop and contains a roundabout in the middle. As prime minister, Mar ob Qaat managed to eliminate most of the remaining administrative ties that Tak still had with Bowdani in order to enable Tak to operate as a fully independent state.
