The problem seems to be this: Honest communication is possible only between equals. For this reason I propose an Equality Principle as a possible addition to the canon of Pubwan Principles. Basically, for pubwan purposes, which is to say in the context of pubwan activity, every pubwan participant is considered the political equal of every other.
