Acclaim Cheltenham was a British game studio based in Cheltenham, England. It was was founded in 1984 as Probe Software by Fergus McGovern and Vakis Paraskeva, later renamed Probe Entertainment. The studio was acquired by Acclaim Entertainment on October 10, 1995 and subsequently changed its name to Acclaim London and finally Acclaim Cheltenham. Acclaim maded Extreme-G 3 and XGRA: Extreme-G Racing Association before they were declared bankruptcy in 2004.
