Gaynor was a male Selay who lived in the 24th century. Gaynor was the father of Rotor and commanded the Selay merchant ship Erlan. In 2370, Gaynor docked the Erlan at Deep Space 9, where his son fell into a coma after using the Zhodran crystal quest.
