The Arkangelsk Siberian Guard is only found in the Dam and Runway missions. They wear brown military overcoats and they sometimes wear berets, but never wear armor. Their mission is to guard the perimeter of the chemical weapons facility; on top of it guarding the Dam and outside of it guarding the Runway.
