Telepathic Telephony (called Phonopathy or Telephone Telepathy) allows one to get a psychic feeling of who is calling before they tell you; it is a more passive form of Telepathy. They would be able to identify whoever is calling them before they hear their voice or even before the phone is answered, they would also be able to read the minds using the phone as a medium.
