Kazuya has a very underwhelming physique, despite having a very threatening presence. He isn't very tall nor is he very muscular and overall he looks like a human who is 16 years old. He also doesn't have any demonic features like horns or claws, which makes him look even more like a human. He does, however, have a triangular marking on each cheek. The marking on his right cheek is black and the one on his left cheek is white. Although he has been a shinobi for years there isn't a scar on his body due in part to his regeneration abilities. This can make him even more unnerving because many expect a shinobi of Kazuya's stature to have quite a few scars and when they realize he doesn't can be unsettling because of what it suggests.
