This Caern was under siege by the Kindred of the area for a while in the early 1990s. With another, stronger Caern (Steel Angel) nearby, the Sept of Hidden Hill was unable to compete for the limited resources available, and finally succumbed to the continued assault. The survivors joined Steel Angel or fled to Death Valley to join the anruth group, Scorched Earth. This news was relayed to the Hidden Walk at the October 2009 Moot by the Hit the Road news pack.
