It is located on Canal road, Anandapur just 700 meters from Ruby park crossing. It is planned with 7 towers with earthquake resistant RCC framed construction. 5 towers will be G+45 floors and 2 towers will be G+40 floors. The 7 towers are a part of a 99 acre township called NRI project. The total projects cost is eatimated 20 billion INR. It will have 80000 sq feet of residential club and a 10 acre central park at the heart of the project. In total it will hold 8000 peoples. It will have approximate 1170 flats.
