Telso was a Cardassian military officer during the 2360s. In 2362, Telso was serving as the chief engineer of the CDS Lakar when Laen Enkoa took command of the vessel. He and his crew were drilled very hard by Enkoa's first officer, Sanir Kein, causing them to resent her deeply. After she took command of the Lakar Kein would promote Telso to dalin and make him her first officer. (ST novella: The Slow Knife)
