A fishing hut plot is a special Garrison plot for a Fishing Hut. This plot is equivalent to a small plot, but reserved and available at garrison level 1. Initially the fishing hut is unoccupied and will be unlocked at character level 94. Fully unlocking the fishing hut is a bit more involved than the mine and herb garden, but still relatively easy at nearly any File:IconSmall Fishing.png [Fishing] skill.
